The application of data mining technology in CRM mainly studies the application of data mining technology in CRM.This paper analyzes the importance of data mining and its application in customer relationship management from two aspects: data mining and customer relationship management.Firstly,the paper introduces data mining technology and customer relationship management,then analyzes the importance of data mining and its application in actual customer relationship management.The application of data mining technology in customer relationship management system is analyzed.Including the architecture mode,module design and function analysis of the customer relationship management system,and the application process,analysis methods,algorithms,patterns of data mining technology in the customer relationship management system specific application.Taking the customer relationship management system(CRM)as an example,this paper analyzes the application of data mining technology in customer relationship management,and studies the data mining model of customer classification,cross-selling,customer acquisition and customer maintenance.In the data mining module,customer classification,cross-selling,customer acquisition and customer maintenance are realized.The SPRINT classification algorithm is used to classify customers,which improves the accuracy of customer classification,so that the relevant decisions of shopping malls can be more credible.At the same time,FP-grant,an association rule algorithm that does not require a candidate set,is applied in cross-selling to make the system more practical.The best customer retention strategy algorithm is used in customer maintenance,which helps the mall to make decisions,so as to better maintain the customer and maximize the profits of the mall.Through the application of data mining technology in the customer relationship management system of shopping malls,shopping malls can track and analyze customers and understand customers at a deeper level.In this way,the mall can make corresponding decisions,which can provide customers with one-on-one personalized services.With quality service,we can attract more new customers and maintain old customers.The combination of data mining technology and customer relationship management system makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional customer relationship management system.In order to better reduce the cost of shopping malls and increase profits,so that the business development of shopping malls is getting better and better.Figure 6;Table 3;Reference 40...
