IF Company is a real estate network new media company relying on the network portal brand.It is committed to collecting powerful resources in the industry,making a detailed interpretation of the real estate market,and providing industry news,real estate products,house buying information and “life +” services for Chinese consumers around the world.The first media as China's real estate platform,as a thinker and observer in the industry,the use of traditional Internet media characteristics for clients to build a stronger brand,strong cognitive premise,also gradually the use new technology to promote the change of marketing,actively seeking new customers,media on the express time of science and technology,to spread value to promote enterprise innovation and development.IF company step by step in the transition to the new media advertising company,but in the process of how to put enterprise into customer intention product advantage resources,how to adjust the enterprise marketing strategy to win new customers,retain old customers,to existing customers into loyal customers,expand market share,improve enterprise profits,become an enterprise is the most urgent problems.Therefore,this thesis will take the enterprise customer relationship management(CRM)and other relevant theoretical knowledge,on the basis of comprehensive analysis and research approaches such as literature,questionnaire data,IF company customer relationship management present situation as the main research object,through to the current business operations,customer relationship management present situation investigation and the enterprise's customer satisfaction survey,analysis of the questionnaire data,The main problems faced by IF company in customer relationship management are low customer satisfaction,mainly due to incomplete customer information documents,unclear customer classification,staff professional service level to be improved,low work flow efficiency and other problems.IF Company should strengthen the customer-centered management consciousness,improve the construction of customer relationship management system,correctly classify customers and improve customer satisfaction.Meanwhile,it should implement corresponding guarantee measures to ensure the accurate implementation of improvement measures.Through this series of new measures,we can help IF company solve the current customer relationship management problems,improve the overall operation efficiency of the enterprise,improve customer satisfaction,and make the enterprise sustainable and healthy development.
