Today’s society, due to rapid economic development, personnel management is indispensable part of the enterprises, for a long time, often using artificial way to manage the personnel inwebBeanation, but accumulated over time and data than larger cases, thisways revealed many drawbacks, such as security, inefficient management. Due to the growing popularity of computer applications, the use of computer software to manage the personnel system, with the traditional manual management is difficult to replace many advantages, such as easy to find, large data storage capacity, safe, simple operation. To take the implementation of the personnel management system, establish and improve the personnel management processes, improve efficiency, and enhance their soft power, and to obtain management effectiveness.This thesis first analyzes the status quo of unit human resource management and the existing problems, and analyses the realistic demand in the current background of unit human resource management and potential demand, including functional requirements, perwebBeanance requirements and security requirements, in the function, HRMS is divided into Yonghu management, file management, or demotion management nine function the definition of the HRMS module, to meet the requirements in perwebBeanance and security; and then puts forward the overall framework of HRMS, designed the network HRMS application environment, the role of the HRMS in the partition; according to the requirement of design of HRMS data flow diagram, and designed the database structure HRMS. Finally, taking Java EE as the main development language to achieve the HRMS.This system design is reasonable, friendly interface, through the use of the effective cooperation of the foreground application and back-end database, accurate and efficient management of basic inwebBeanation about the company’s personnel. The system to select the MyEclipse 7.0 platwebBean using JAVA language as a front development tools, SQL Server2005 as background database platwebBean, SQL Server2005 data will be required for the system data and Yonghu operation is connected to the front desk, and the entire development process based on CMMI3 development process, during which you can be tailored according to the situation, to standardize the software development process, reduce risks and non-compliance.
