Objective:Clinical observation and animal experiments to observe the 0.5% acetic acid joint clearing away heat and Chinese herbal formula (to YCHT-based preparation) heat treatment of gastrointestinal clinical type of acne and 0.5% acetic acid joint clearing away heat and medicine for external use on The role of animal gland spot to explore the 0.5% acetic acid joint clearing away heat and medicine for external use on heat-based acne treatment for gastrointestinal mechanisms.Methods:Clinical observation:62 patients identified as gastrointestinal heat acne were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the oral prescription medicine to clearing away heat, while the next day to give 0.5% acetic acid topical acne medicine joint clearing away heat rash every 30 minutes; the control group received oral administration of the decoction of Chinese medicine, continuous observation for 4 weeks after treatment rash determine the situation evaluated.Study:Using the back of the sebaceous glands of hamster as acne spot model, the 30 hamsters were randomly divided into 5 groups,6 in each group, were 0.5% acetic acid group and TCM group,0.1% acetic acid combined with traditional Chinese group 0.5% acetic acid combined traditional Chinese medicine group, normal control group, by the sebaceous glands in the hamster back spots respectively, external application of 0.5% acetic acid, distilled water combined with traditional Chinese,0.1% acetic acid joint medicine, joint medicine 0.5% acetic acid and distilled water, once every other day every 30 minutes,4 weeks after the sebaceous glands of hamster back spot, after fixation, staining, sections, made of pathology images, by means of image analysis system to observe changes in the microstructure of sebaceous spot.Conclusion:Clinical tests:the test group than the control group (P<0.05), shows heat for gastrointestinal acne patients based on the decoction of oral medicine increase of 0.5% acetic acid joint clearing away heat and external herbs beneficial to acne treatment, better than simple oral decoction of Chinese medicine were clearing away heat.Animal testing:0.5% acetic acid joint clearing away heat and medicine for external use can make the sebaceous glands of hamster back spot thinner cuticle, follicular infundibular keratinocytes accumulated less detachment, follicular keratosis material within the marked reduction in sebaceous gland cells reduced significantly better than the other group, followed by 0.1% acetic acid combined with traditional Chinese medicine group and the group has significant net effect, no significant difference between the two groups,0.5% acetic acid alone only allows external cell adhesion role of keratinocyte layer weakened, loose layer of keratinocytes, the distilled water group had no effect on the sebaceous glands spot.
