Prescriptions Of Herbae Artemisiae Capillariae Decoction Addition And Subtraction Treating Spleen-stomach Damp-heat Syndrome Of Patients With Acne And The Impact On The Peripheral Serum IL-2

Objective:Prescriptions of Herbae Artemisiae Capillariae Decoction addition and subtraction treating spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome of patients with acne and comprehensive evaluation of the clinical efficacy and the impact on the peripheral serum IL-2,recurrence rate for this prescription,adverse reactions,analysis of Herbae Artemisiae Capillariae Decoction addition and subtraction in treating acne advantage.Methods:61 patients with acne were using SPSS22.0 software randomly divided into 2 groups,A group,the treatment group,A total of 41 cases,used by party Herbae Artemisiae Capillariae Decoction addition and subtraction;B group that control group 20 cases,used oral Danshentong Capsule method for treatment;8 weeks of treatment,1 in every 4 weeks time curative effect observation, observation 2 times. Blood treatment group before and after treatment in patients with serum samples.Cases in the two groups before and after treatment were compared lesion severity that GAGS score and the change of syndrome score,and clinical curative effect of two groups of cases, and the change of the patients before and after treatment serum IL-2 the dcocor of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome curative effect and clinical effect comparision between different grading,and pay attention to record the adverse reaction during the coure of treatment,as well as the recurrence rate of the 4 weeks after completion of treatment.Finally SPSS22.0 software was applied to the data for statistical analysis.Results:(1)Two groups before treatment GAGS integral compared the P value is 0.601,traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral compared the P value is 0.951, P value were greater than 0.05,there is no significant differences.(2)After the two period of treatment,congpared two groups of GAGS integral P value is 0.000, traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral compared the P value is 0.001, P value were less than 0.01,there are significant differences.(3)After the two period of treatment, two groups of disease efficient rate:the treatment group is 95.88%,the control group is 70.00%.(4) After the two period of treatment, two groups of traditional Chinese medicine symptom efficient rate:the treatment group is 100.00%,the control group is 90.00%?(5)The treatment group peripheral serum level of IL-2 before and after the treatment compared the P value is 0.001, P value were less than 0.01,there are significant differences.Conclusion:Herbae Artemisiae Capillariae Decoction addition and subtraction treating spleen-stomach damp-heat acne by better,and to reduce the level of IL-2 in peripheral serum IL-2 of patients.
