This paper includes a literature review and clinical studies of two parts.The literature review is divided into three. TCM treatment of acne recent first discusses Chinese medicine decoction with multiple outside the rule of law research progress of the comprehensive treatment of acne vulgaris; second "Western medicine treatment of acne recent, an overview of modern medicine in recent years of the disease treatment of research progress; third "ear acne treatment", comprehensively discusses the ear treatment in medicine and modern medicine foundation, and cited a variety of ear the treatment of acne.Objective:Clinical studies to investigate the auricular acupressure combined with traditional Chinese treatment of lung and stomach damp heat of the clinical efficacy of the acne, the analysis of the advantages of this method and mechanism of, and for the clinical treatment of acne vulgaris with a simple, safe and effective treatment method.Methods:70cases of lung and stomach damp heat of acne patients were randomly divided into treatment combinations in the control group,36cases in treatment group, control group (n=34). The two groups were given Chinese medicine loquat Qingfei drink and Yinchenhao of soup oral treatment group in oral medicine decoction to Vaccaria seed paste ear pressure were evaluated in patients before treatment and after treatment2,3. six weeks the skin lesions of the changes and the overall efficacy and statistical analysis. Use SPSS17.0statistical software, the main statistical methods including chi-square test, t test.Results:auricular pressure combined with traditional Chinese decoction group36cases by the total effective rate was83.3%. Among them, six cases recovered, accounting for16.7%; effective four cases, accounting for11.1%; effective in20cases (55.6%). The control group were34cases of the use of traditional Chinese medicine, by the total effective rate was70.6%. Among them, three cases recovered, accounting for8.8%; effective two cases, accounting for5.9%; effective in19cases, accounting for55.9%. x2test, p<0.05, significant difference. Between the two groups after treatment of inflammatory lesions integral p<0.01, lesions of the total score p<0.05were statistically significant.Conclusion:The clinical joint auricular acupressure overall efficacy of Chinese medicine decoction, as well as the overall improvement of skin lesions, especially the improvement of inflammatory lesions, superior to simple oral medicine decoction. Visible, auricular acupressure with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of acne vulgaris is effective, safe and drug-free role is simple, feasible and less painful. Stimulate ear acupuncture points to treat acne, to adjust the function of the corresponding meridians, organs, should be widely applied.
