Objective:General evaluate the clinical curative effect and security by performing the clinical study of Internal and External Treatment on the syndrome of acne vulgaris of damp-heat of lung and stomach Syndrome.Methods:1.Divide the patients who are suffering from acne vulgaris of damp-heat of lung and stomach syndrome into two groups randomly.2.The treatment group(Internal and External Treatment group) includes 32 cases oral taking Qingre ChushJiedu formula twice a day for 42 days and doing anti-inflammatory Chinese Herbal Mask once a week.The control group includes 31 cases,taking Danshentong Capsules three times every day and smearing 0.3%Viaminate and Vitamin E Cream twice a day for 42days.3.Obsering indicatrix:to record the number of inflammatory lesions(including papules,pustule,nodules),the number of non-infammatory lesions(including whitehead acne,comedones) and the total number of lesions separately evey two weeks,and take notes of adverse reactions Clinical criteria reference to the efficacy criteria on "efficacy criteria and grading standard of acne vulgaris" instituted by Chinese Medical Association dermatology and cosmetology group Oct.1997.Result:There is no significant difference between the treatment group and control group of synthetic curative effect.There is a significant difference between the treatment group and control group of the therapeutic index after 6 weeks.The safety indicators show the Internal and External Treatment on the syndrome of ache vulgaris of damp-heat of lung and stomach syndrome is safety.Conclusion:The Internal and External Treatment formula has good clinical effect on the syndrome of acne vulgaris of damp-heat of lung and stomach Syndrome.It can improve the inflammatory lesions and the non-inflammatory lesions.From the therapeutic index,The Internal and External Treatment formula is superior to the control group.At the same time,The Internal and External Treatment formula is safety.
