Observation On The Rapeutic Effect Of The Salvia And Talc Acne-Eliminated Mask Combined With Oral Administration On Damp And Heat Acne Of The Spleen And The Stomach

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and mechanism of the Salvia and Talc Acne-Eliminated Mask in the treatment of acne vulgaris and post-acne pigmentation.Methods: A total of 150 patients with acne vulgaris were enrolled in the study.A single-blind,randomized controlled design was used.Group A(treatment group),group B(control group 1),and group C(control group 2)each had 50 cases.According to the clinical syndrome,the three groups of patients were treated with Yinchenhao Decoction,the A group was combined with.The Salvia and Talc Acne-Eliminated Mask,the B group was combined with the isotretinoin erythromycin gel,and the C group was used for external use for 8 weeks.After 4 weeks of observation,the skin lesion score,TCM syndrome,and Cardiff’s hemorrhoids index were recorded.After 8 weeks,the difference in efficacy between the three groups was compared by statistical methods.The improvement of acne and post-acne pigmentation was evaluated by the Salvia and Talc Acne-Eliminated Mask.Results:1.There were no significant differences in the pre-treatment age and duration of disease between the three groups(P>0.05).2.The overall efficacy of the three groups of patients was compared.The total effective rate was 92.0% in the treatment group(group A),82.0% in the control group(group B),and 74.0% in the control group(group C).The total effective rate of the three groups was different.Statistical significance(P <0.05).3.After treatment,the three groups of patients had improved skin lesions,pustules,concomitant TCM symptoms and Cardiff’s acne index.The difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The sputum scar grading scores of the three groups were compared.Compared with the pre-treatment and the fourth week,the treatment group scores decreased.Compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.During the study period,2 patients in the treatment group were consciously dry in the treatment process,and the symptoms disappeared after spraying the mineral water on the face.Four patients in the isotretinoin erythromycin gel group developed dry skin and itching,and immediately removed.After the drug disappeared,the blood and urine routines were examined,and there were no obvious abnormalities in liver function and kidney function.Before and after treatment,all patients had no abnormal abnormalities in blood,urine,stool routine,liver function and renal function,and the drug was safe.Conclusion:1.The Salvia and Talc Acne-Eliminated Mask is effective and safe for the treatment of grade II and III acne.2.The Salvia and Talc Acne-Eliminated Mask can effectively improve erythema and pigmentation after hemorrhoids.
