Exploring effectiveness for patients with lung and stomach damp heat of acne medicine treatment methods, in order to improve efficacy, reduce relapse and the clinical symptoms.Materials and Methods:Screening the dermatology clinic80cases from Taihe Hospital in HuBei Province, in Shiyan, during September2011-2011December. In the treatment group, the total effective rate was87%; the control group has the total effective rate85.5%. Comparing between the two groups, P>0.05, there is no statistically differences, which indicate that the efficacy results are similar to detoxify acne pill and western medicine.3. There are adverse reactions in both groups. The treatment group shows mild diarrhea, the frequency of defecating with a paste is more than1or2times than normal times and stomach upset. For The control group, the common symptoms of the retinoic acid drug, such as dry lips, chapped lips, desquamation, dry skin, spasm itch, etc., the incidence of adverse reactions was10%in the treatment group. The adverse events was25%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4. Followed up treatment indicated that:after the end of the month, the treatment group control markedly in the two groups and the basic recovery patients, three cases of recurrence in the treatment group, mild symptoms, there are five cases of recurrence in the control group, mild symptoms, the treatment group relapse rate than the control group was statistically significant (P <0.01).Conclusion:Rhubarb the jieducuochuangwan, forsythia, skullcap qingrejiedu, Morus alba, leaves, tree peony bark Qingfei hot red peony cooling blood, Licorice reconcile various drugs.
