Human resources is the most important resources of enterprise. For the rural area minor enterprise of Heilongjiang province who want to gain survival and development in the new environment of competition, how to transfer their staff to their human resources advantage and gain further progress, is the significant task at the present stage. In this research, we have investigated deeply into the current situation of growth and management of the rural area minor enterprise of Heilongjiang province. On the basic of serious analysis and induction, we have found out the major problem and the root cause in human resources development and exploitation. By means of using interrelated theory and studying the successful experience of at home and abroad, we have to raise some practical suggestion, and also some helpful investigation for rich the human resources development and exploitation theory. |
