A Research On The Current Situation And Exploitation Solution Of Human Resources In Rural Area Of China

Exploitation of human resources development is regarded as the important mean to developing productivity and strategy of economic development of countries all over the world. There are nearly a population of 1,300 million in our country and a population of 800 million in the rural area. The huge quantity and low quality of human Resources in rural area has become enormous obstacle of development of rural economy and agricultural modernization. Exploiting Human Resources in rural area, training high-quality new-type peasants have become urgently in development of rural economy in following years.This article has limited related concepts and implications, and studies systematically the present situation, the questions and reasons of the exploitation of human resources in Chinese rural area; put forward some suggestions accordingly in guidance of related theories and using the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis under the profound understanding of the necessity and urgent of the exploitation of human resources in rural area. This article is composed by four parts basically.The first part is an introduction, mainly elaborates the goal and significance of this research, the present research situation in domestic and foreign areas, the basic content and the structure, the research mentality and method of the research.The second part is the related theories of the exploitation of human resources in rural area, mainly carries on the analysis and discussion on some related concept and elementary theories, lays the essential foundation for the behind research.The third part analyzes the present situation of the exploitation of human resources in Chinese rural area. Firstly, it analyzes the present situation of human resources in Chinese rural area from three aspects of quantity, quality, and structure; next, it summarizes the results which already obtains and questions and reasons of he exploitation of human resources in Chinese rural area.The fourth part is the countermeasures of the exploitation of human resources in Chinese rural area. It point out that comprehensively exploiting human resources in Chinese rural area from four aspects of constructing system, developing education in rural area, transferring surplus labor force, and increasing investment and so on.
