Family enterprise is a kind of form of enterprise economic organization tied by family blood relationship. It has made prominent contribution to the development of economy, the stability of society and the promotion of industrization and urbanization.Through a long time investigation and contacts with many owners of family enterprises, the author found that the origin of questions existing in family enterprises lies in exploiting of human resources, especially the exploitation of human resources of managers, which shall seriously restrict the development of family enterprises and the realization of the second leap. Therefore it is of great urgency and of great significance to probe into the question about exploitation of human resources of managers in family enterprises.Starting with research and study, the author of this dissertation has successively investigated sixty family enterprises in Xiang Tan, used layer analysis and description statistics based on the investigation, and reached a deep understanding on the current situation the effection and existing questions in the exploitation of human resources of management personnel in family enterprises. Then the author used the theoretical results of predecessors and successful experiences of the exploitation of domestic and foreign human resources, applied to the methods of theoretical study and comparative analysis , put forward that the emphasis of the exploitation of human resources of manages in family enterprises is to exploit the power of execution, degree of loyalty, capacity of creation, capacity of decision, capacity of communication, capacity of encouragement and improve degree of satisfaction ofmanagement personnel. Furthermore, the author circled on how to realize the question of exploitation of human resources of management personnel in family enterprises and put forward the ways of exploitation is to encourage, and applied to the research and study, synthesized the domestic and foreign research to put forward the ways of career encouragement, salary encouragement and culture encouragement, trying to combine the fixed amount and fixed quality and to reach systematization and specification. At last, the author exerted much energy to compile a case, the system of encouragement about the exploitation of human resources in "Heart by Heart limited company", and tried to analyze and state them, trying to reach the combination of theory and realization and finally to make the research more directive and operative.
