A Research On The Current Situation And Exploitation Solution Of Human Resources In Rural Area Of China

Human resource is the first resources. There are nearly l300 million People in our country and 800 million People in the countryside. The huge quantity and low quality of human Resources in rural area has become enormous obstacle of development of rural economy and agricultural modernization. The development fundamental way to resolve the problems of rural human resources is the facing rural culture, areas farmers .Train high-quality new- type peasants to be a crisis of top priority of rural economy development of our country. With the development of knowledge economy and global economic integration, how to transform the rich rural human resources into the abundant human capital, how to transform the huge population pressure into the formidable development power has become the key task to build a well-off society in an all around way.The article based on rural human resources for research, in light of the building of new countryside background conditions, combining with the analysis of the arising problems, the thesis based on the analysis of the persistence reasons. It also analyzes reasons of the exploitation of human resources in Chinese rural area. Put forward some suggestions of the exploitation of human resources in rural area.This article is composed by four parts basically. The first part is an introduction, mainly elaborates the goal and significance of this research, the dynamic in domestic and foreign areas, the research mentality, method of the research and the structure. The second part is the related theories of the exploitation of human resources in rural area, mainly carries on the analysis and discussion on some related concept and elementary theories, lays the essential foundation for the behind research. The third part analyzes the present situation of the exploitation of human resources in Chinese rural area. This article has carried on the analysis from the great micro-macro aspect to our rural human resources development present situation, and then analysis exist the question, and carries on the analysis to its origin. The fourth part is the countermeasures of the exploitation of human resources in Chinese rural area. It point out that comprehensively exploiting human resources in Chinese rural area from four aspects of decreasing the number, improving the quality, increasing investment, and development system building and so on.
