The State Of Exploitation And Utilization Of Human Resources Of State Taxation Administration Of Jiangxi And Strategy

Human resources, known as "First resource'", are of most importance among all sorts of resources. Due to its internal environment, state taxation organs have significant influence and restriction on object, function, task, and development of management activities of human resources. Consequently, here comes an interactive and conformable management system of human resources. Based on this background and system, the provincial state taxation authority's management of human resources has constantly achieved the goal of improving tax management ability and tax service level, meanwhile, played an increasingly important role in management. With the development of technology and culture, the truth is getting more and more worse that traditional management philosophy and approaches of personnel administrative management can not meet the requirements of our jobs, which results that our taxation personnel's vigor and potentiality have not been dug up to the full yet. Therefore, I'm going to conduct a study on the state of exploitation and utilization of human resources of state taxation administration of Jiangxi. and try to urge strategy to the problems in this paper.The paper is studied out that the state of exploitation and utilization of human resources of state taxation administration of Jiangxi is discussed in five parts. Part one is introduction to the background, significance, and contents of the paper: Part two shows in details the state of exploitation and utilization of human resources of state taxation administration of Jiangxi; Part three is remarks and evaluation of exploitation of human resources from the staff of Jiangxi provincial state taxation administration. Part four is about problems and its causation during exploitation of human resources of state taxation administration of Jiangxi. Then our subject of exploitation and some suggestion are in the last part.In addition, with methods of Literature Analysis, Comprehensive Data Analysis, and Comparison Analysis, the paper is giving main opinions as following: First, human resources management in state taxation administrative of Jiangxi has ensured better progress in completing all kinds of state taxation tasks; Second, existing exploitation of human resources of state taxation administrative of Jiangxi is still undeveloped; Third, we should take steps to optimize exploitation system of human resources of state taxation administrative of Jiangxi.
