Over the past 30 years since reform and opening up, the domestic private enterprises in China have made considerable progress. Small and medium-sized private enterprises have developed into one of the most dynamic growth pole in China's economic development. Besides, small and medium-sized private enterprises have become one of the most important powers in China's economic construction. However, there is a constant problem existing in many small and medium-sized private enterprises:unawareness of the importance of enterprise culture in the development of enterprise, neglect of the construction of enterprise culture and lack of good enterprise culture. Without good enterprise culture, a private enterprise will not be competitive. Especially after China entered to WTO, small and medium-sized private enterprises meet greater chances as well as severer challenges from excellent enterprises domestic and overseas. To found a firm footing in the intense business competition, the top priority for small and medium-sized enterprise is to establish excellent, adaptive enterprise culture with its own catachrestic. In this way, an enterprise can improve its competition.This thesis will conduct a research on small and medium-sized private enterprise. Reviewing and summarizing the related theories on enterprise culture, this thesis will propose the features of and problems in constructing enterprise culture in small and medium-sized private enterprise based on the history and recent situation of small and medium-sized private enterprise culture. This thesis will also analyze the cause of problems in constructing private enterprise culture. In conclusion, this thesis will come up with governing principles, constructing directions, mechanism, and cultivation and so on. In addition, this thesis will point out the content and way of implement of small and medium private enterprises.There are six chapters in this thesis. The first chapter is the introduction which includes three parts:the background of this research and the proposal of the problem, the current research situation at home and abroad, the general train of thought and basic components of this thesis. The second chapter summarizes the construction of enterprise culture in the small and medium-sized private enterprises:the definition of small and medium-sized private enterprises; the definition and composition of enterprise culture and the features of small and medium-sized private enterprises; the importance of constructing the enterprise culture in the small and medium-sized private enterprises. In chapter three, the problems arising from the construction of the enterprise culture in the small and medium-sized private enterprises and the reasons for these problems are discussed. The fourth chapter discusses the basic framework of the construction of enterprise culture in the small and medium-sized private enterprises. In chapter five, the thesis proposes the train of thought and countermeasure of the construction of enterprise culture in the small and medium-sized private enterprises. The chapter six is the conclusion. |
