| In recent years,culture and culture-related work has gradually become a hot topic to talk about.Over time,people have come to a lot of conclusions about the exploration of culture.In the report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party,it is pointed out that culture invigorates the country.In the same way,if an enterprise wants to be strong and strong,it also needs enterprise culture to provide spiritual guidance,and constructing a suitable enterprise culture system is a great driving force to promote the prosperity and development of enterprises.China’s study of corporate culture began in the early 1980 s,from the study of the West Starting with the thought of management,the focus of the research is gradually on the study of corporate culture of various enterprises under the background of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the process of studying corporate culture,all kinds of scholars tend to study the types of corporate culture such as state-owned enterprises and large enterprises,while the relevant research on small and medium-sized private enterprises needs to be strengthened.However,the number of small and medium-sized private enterprises is large,but the survival cycle of enterprises is short and the funds are not sufficient.It is of theoretical guiding significance to study their corporate culture and build a suitable corporate culture system to help the long-term development of small and medium-sized private enterprises.This paper selects the small and medium-sized private enterprises in the financial industry —— YS Company as an example to explore the construction of the corporate culture system of the YS Company.This paper first introduces the research background,purpose and significance of the construction of corporate culture system,and expounds the theory and development trend of corporate culture at home and abroad,taking the relevant theory as the basis of the construction of corporate culture system;secondly,introduces the enterprise profile and corporate culture status of YS company,designs relevant questionnaires to study the relevant contents of corporate culture of YS company;thirdly,aims at the survey results,and based on the internal control system and Denison organization culture Model,discuss the impact of the construction of corporate culture system on thedevelopment of enterprises,analyze the shortcomings of the existing corporate culture system of YS supervision company;finally,give relevant countermeasures to the shortcomings of the existing corporate culture system.As a small and medium-sized private enterprise,the enterprise has the characteristics and development trend of the traditional small and medium-sized enterprises.The enterprise belongs to the chairman of the board of directors,and the external senior management association.The related things that help to manage the development of the enterprise reflect the development mode of the person manager and the person management enterprise in essence.In view of this,this paper emphasizes the core idea of corporate culture in the process of constructing corporate culture system,that is,humanistic concept,establishing enterprise culture model from four aspects:participation,consistency,adaptability and mission of enterprise employees,optimizing internal control environment,giving full play to the role of soft power of corporate culture,improving the core competitiveness of enterprises,so as to provide reference for small and medium-sized private enterprises in the same financial industry to build enterprise culture system. |
