| Since the reform and open policy has been put into effect in China,medium and small-sized family enterprises in China has developed rapidly and accelerated national economy development consistently,becoming an essential integral part of national economy.They now have become an important constituent in the national economy and in the meantime they play an increasingly essential role in relieving employment pressure and optimizing the economic structure etc.It can be predicted that the medium and small-sized family enterprises will play a more and more important role in Chinese economic stage.However,according to the Academy of Social Sciences Statistics,most of Chinese medium and small-sized family enterprises failed to escape the destiny of "Short life".The average survival time of Chinese enterprises is 6.5-7 years,while only 2.9 years for family enterprises.Although there are many causes,the lack of enterprises culture is undoubtedly one of the important causes.This is what will be studied in this paper.The Enterprise Culture is a theory about the business philosophy,business purposes,operating principles,values,business practices and so on in the daily operation of an enterprise.According to the study of culture,we classified it into four levels which are:Spiritual Culture,Institutional Culture,Behavior culture and Material culture.To each level,specific measures is given.The theory of Enterprise Culture is one of the most competitive management theories,and has more and more influence in the field of management in China.Different from non-family enterprises,family culture has sustained influence on the family enterprises.Therefore,the construction of family enterprise culture should not only have the guidance of the modern enterprise culture theory,but also consider the existing family culture.In different period of the life cycle,the core meaning of the family culture is different and the influence of the enterprise also changed.The process of family enterprises is actually a continuous process of breaking the shackles of family culture anda gradual integration of modern enterprise management concept with the family culture.In order to promote the sustainable development of Chinese medium and small-sized family enterprises,this paper take the K company as an example to study the characteristics of enterprise culture and the existing problems.By analysis the influence of family enterprise culture based on the theory of enterprise life cycle,this paper put forward the feasible countermeasures for building the corporate culture of K company.The conclusions helps the enterprise managers to recognize the advantages and disadvantages of current enterprise culture and to structure the sustainable development of enterprise enterprise culture. |
