Enterprise culture is one soft connection for its management. The leading of action is idea; enterprise culture is one basic idea for its operation and management. In high-speed development of market economy of today, many kinds of enterprise in China will face with unprecedented opportunity and challenge, how to get better profit and gradually expand is the target that all enterprises are striving for under the international environment and market atmosphere. Throughout all the excellent enterprises, establishment of enterprise culture will enable it to get larger development space, from the Panasonnic, Ford, Wal-Mart in abroad to the Haier, Jiduobao, Wa Haha in China, they all have their own enterprise culture.Excellent enterprise culture not only indicates its values, it will integrate enterprise as a whole. Staffs are the owner of enterprise, they have strong sense of pride and belonging, they work hard and actively innovate, in addition, they can get economy and material awards from enterprises, as well as emotional satisfaction, so it will promote them to work hard, and this good recycle enables enterprise culture to make big impetus for operation and profit of enterprises. Small and medium enterprises owned by private is different from common ones, they focus on private investment on organization and structure, their scale is small, from tens to hundreds people; they have little fund, which means that staff quality of them is inferior to enterprises of large scale. Most of them have strong heroism, the entrepreneur makes the achievement by his own, the traditional education in China for many years guides them to inherit business from the older generation, and it has strong family color within enterprises. Therefore, their culture establishment not only has feeble constitution, but also has defect in management idea in later period.On realizing shortage of enterprise culture, small and medium private enterprise gradually pays attention to establishment of enterprise culture, because it has innate and acquired causes, its culture establishment is very hard and long-term. This thesis profoundly analyzes results and problem of enterprise in cultural establishment by positioning illustration, as well as deeply analyzes causes of problem and proposes strategy conception of it on culture establishment. It will use active promotion and participation by higher level as basis, it will make culture strategy by strategy target of enterprise and grasp key points and main executive organization of culture establishment to achieve establishment and innovation of enterprise culture.Finally, this thesis uses X company as one example, it carries out analysis on the basis of implementation of culture establishment of enterprise, the best culture strategy all needs real operation, the writer points out implementation procedure, key points and notes by cases analysis of X company, which provides references for culture establishment for small and medium private enterprises.Culture establishment of small and medium private enterprise is one gradual activity, they have to fasten determination and work hard for long time can they get effect, it has important influence on economic development of enterprises.
