With the increasingly fierce competition on the automobile industry, the management of enterprises is affected by the internal and external surroundings. Therefore, advanced manufacturing technology, processing equipments, scientific production organization modes as well as management methods are required to improve the competitiveness in the domestic and overseas automobile industry. It has been an key point of information construction of the enterprise management that how to keep the enterprises informed of the related information about the production sites' process, quickly integrate the internal resource of enterprises for the management of production plans, improve the capacity of the Communication and Information Exchange and the integrative management of all classes' information among departments of enterprises.This article firstly outlines the current situation and trend in the domestic and overseas information system, analyzes the demand of enterprises' management systems combined with practical conditions in enterprises, and makes sure the functional requirement in system.Secondly, based on the analysis the enterprise's current situation and its features of manufacturing management, a set of integrated information system management, which covers these functions such as detection, control, optimization, dispatch, and management, is built by adopting the hybrid network structure combined industrial Ethernet with industrial Field Bus, forming the management mode made up of field level, supervisory level and administration level.The hybrid network structure which combines industrial Ethernet with industrial Field Bus, effectively solved the seamless integration problem between computers and apparatuses, completed the real-time supervision and control of field production status and the long-distance metering observation of energy consumption data on electricity,steam and gases, and achieved the real-time supervision of the entire productive process from production schedule to finished product entering warehouse, which provides a potent means to effective management, controlling cost of product, reducing energy consumption and E-office in the enterprises.Then follows a set of application software on the basis of internal DB(database) in enterprise, which is based on C/S framework and consists of touch screen client and office client.The final part describes the real-time recording of technical process parameters of quality control points (key points) in the enterprises' process flow. Through making use of SPC principle to draw the QC (quality control) chart, quality controller can get parameter variation and trend of every QC point timely, analyze and harmonize the production technical process, and send real-time QC orders to the entire production technical process, consequently realizing dynamic QC of the machining process.The main achievement and feature of this article is that this text, different from the traditional data handling and information administrating system, adopts the hybrid network structure combining industrial Ethernet with industrial Field Bus,realizing the information of field production, equipments' running state and energy's consumption, which makes it possible that the enterprises improve efficiency of work,ensure the quality of product,reduce the consumption of energy...
