With the advancement of information technology and intelligent manufacturing,it is imperative for mold companies to introduce the concept of mold production information management.However,the mold industry adopts a single-piece smallvolume customized production model,and the introduction of its information management system has many challenges.In particular,the production of automobile stamping die has the characteristics including complicated production process,frequent rectification of molds,too many non-standard parts in the mold,large amount of data generated during the production process of the mold,and messy data,which make it hard to manage information on the market.It is difficult to realize comprehensive information management of mold production.Under above circumstance,it is extremely important to develop a customized information management system for the actual needs of the mold company.Thus,the information management level of the mold enterprise will be improved,and the real-time data sharing in the mold production process will be enhanced.Finally,customized information management system not only simplifies the management process,but also continuously improves the mold development efficiency..This paper is aimed at the condition that F auto stamping parts mold company has the problems of complex management process,not closely linked production data,poor information management timeliness,complicated rectification process management,etc.According to the actual situation of the enterprise,a customized mold information management system has been designed and developed based on C# programming and Web services and SQLSever database and other software technology.The main research work of the thesis is as follows:(1)Conduct enterprise research for F automobile stamping die company,analyze and explain the operation status of the enterprise and the main process of automobile stamping die development,and summarize the development of the automotive stamping die information management system.Initial needs.(2)According to the overall objectives of the system development and the design principles of the general information management system,the overall design of the automotive stamping die information management system is carried out from the three aspects of the system's including structural framework,functional framework and interface framework.(3)According to the initial needs of the development of the system,Six functional modules,project data management,planning and schedule management,production scheduling management,rectification management and daily report management and system,have been designed in detail from three aspects: functional analysis,entity relationship and database table design.(4)Based on the C# language,SQLSever2014 and Visual Studio2015 development environment,the development of six functional modules such as project data management is realized.
