The stamping industry occupies an important foundation in the manufacturing industry.Reducing its energy consumption and improving the energy utilization rate are of great significance to the sustainable development of the manufacturing industry.In the production process,the stamping workshop has high energy consumption,low energy utilization rate,and great potential for energy saving.As an energy-oriented simulation technology,energy simulation technology can evaluate different production schemes by evaluating and analyzing the simulation results to find the weaknesses of energy consumption in enterprises.The energy utilization efficiency can be improved by choosing better production solution through energy simulation and combining with enterprise management optimization and technological innovation.At present,the research on energy simulation in stamping workshops is still scarce.In addition,energy simulation analysis requires a large amount of data as a basis,and the information collection and management in the workshops is also short.Therefore,this paper focuses on the energy simulation evaluation of the stamping workshop and builds a data acquisition system.Firstly,the system boundary of the stamping workshop is determined,and the production characteristics and energy consumption characteristics of the stamping workshop are analyzed.On this basis,the energy consumption model of the stamping workshop is established with reference to the energy consumption classification and energy consumption principle of the stamping workshop,which provides energy calculation basis for the energy simulation of the stamping workshop.At the same time,the concept of discrete event simulation and simulation software are introduced,the goal of energy simulation in the stamping workshop is established,and the workshop simulation model is built according to the workshop production process.In addition,the analysis indicators of simulation results are proposed from the aspects of production efficiency and energy efficiency,which provide a basis for the comparison of simulation results.Secondly,considering the complexity of information acquisition in the stamping workshop,combined with the information gathering requirements and data type analysis of the stamping workshop,a framework of information acquisition system for the stamping workshop is proposed.The system uses mature sensors and multi-function meters to collect and organize the equipment and environmental information of the workshop,and realize human-computer interaction through intelligent terminals.The workshop communication adopts the communication network framework combining industrial Ethernet and RS485 bus.The program of host computer is based on C#,and the data is stored in the local database based on SQL Server 2012.Finally,taking a stamping workshop of an automobile manufacturing enterprise as an example,the configuration of the stamping workshop is introduced,and an energy simulation model is established to simulate the production of the workshop.At the same time,the simulation results are analyzed and evaluated.The results show that the production plan,the failure rate of machine and the ratio of transportation batch will affect the production efficiency,direct energy consumption and indirect energy consumption of the workshop.The appropriate production plan and the ratio of transportation batch can make the production process more stable,the production efficiency and energy utilization rate higher.In addition,some improvement suggestions are put forward on this basis.
