Research Of Stamping Capp-based Intelligence Mould Quotation System

According to the needs of mold manufacturers, combined with artificial intelligence and expert system technology, developed CAPP-based intelligent mold quotation system, to solve the problems of mold current quotation system.System divided into the basic quotation module, CAPP module, support vector machine module and database module. Through cooperation between the various modules to achieve fast, accurate mold quotation. This paper introduces feature technology on information classification and coding of parts and tooling to ensure the integrity of the information inputting, for the CAPP module and the basic quotation module calls.By the guidance of CAPP module, complicated quotation parameter was set. With regression modeling of Support Vector Machine, the mold quotation database fully utilized. establishment relationship between the model parameters and price, and adjustment of parameters were two means to improve the accuracy of mold quotation system and the adaptability of the actual situation of enterprise users. Finally, the system quoted price of a stamping parts, obtained satisfactory results.
