| Using the technology of hot stamping to produce automotive body structure parts can not only reduce car body weight, but also can improve vehicle safety, which is an effective measure. The technology of hot stamping has been rapid development in China. But how to achieve the objectives of long-term stability of work and mass production of parts problems still to be solved under the premise of ensuring product quality. With the rapid development of manufacturing technology, computer technology, network technology and artificial intelligence technology, the hot stamping line for quality control and production management have higher requirements, simply using the traditional production line quality control methods cannot fully meet the needs of modern manufacturing. This paper has done the following research work based on Sigma 6000 hot stamping line:First, by combining the concept of Internet of things, this peper discusses the composition of hot stamping line, analyzes the structural features and control mechanis m of the robot, press and furnace and other equipment, builds the network topology and analyzes how devices connect to the network and data acquisition and conversion, builds a database frame for the line.Secondly, for the "large amount of data and the lack of knowledge" phenomenon, b y combining research methods of association rules mining and genetic algorithms, this paper presents the data model for the line quality control and data mining methods.Finally, this paper set up the line process management networking platform for all key process parameters and equipment of real-time monitoring and recording, which helps to reduce the number of failures, and prolong stable production time and increase productivity. |
