The Study On The Basis Of The Swot Analysis University Library Financial Management In China

Since 1999, there were more and more college students in Chinese university. The little funds of university is big problem in university. Library as the college is very important organization that spend lots of monery. Every year, in large amounts of funds was invested by the uninversity. we have to find the faults in the financial management of the university, which help to enhance the level of financial management. So, this is undoubtedly brought us new issues and challenges:how we do implement a series of measures to the college library of financial management to improve the utilization of capital and financial management of the overall efficiency and be order to optimization of a preliminary evaluation of results in various internal and external environment? The problem worths our concern.To be better prepared to study in the library of financial management, the paper introduces SWOT analysis of financial management in analyzing the library. SWOT analysis model as a management evaluation of the development of things in the environment of a typical method is a well-known tool, S,W, O, T are the strength (advantage), weakness (weakness), opportunity (opportunities), threaten (threats) to write the first four letter word. In the SWOT analysis, the SWOT is a kind way of scientific analysis that actually its internal and external condition of each thing's factors that are decomposition and integration and further analysis of things, the advantages and disadvantages and facing the environment of the external opportunities and threats of one.So SWOT analysis is widely applied to all walks of life and the social levels.We come up with some advice to the finance of the university library.The author mainly explain from the following aspects:First, the article introduces the college library of the financial situation at home and abroad,And in the current financial management,analysis of the college libraries financial eature and the college libraries financial problems, such as appraisal targets are the lack in the financial management system;the mode of funding is obsolete and out of date;the system of financial management is unreasonable; the system management is out of date; the financial management of the uninversity is analysed with the model of SWOT analysis from S,W,O,T aspects; put some suggestion to the financial management of the uninversity in the last.The article is order to improve the utilization ratio of funds of the library of university through the the financial management of the university in order to save expenses of buying some books, meet a requirement of the reader reading, enhance the satisfaction of the readers,promote the whole level of library service in the futher.
