Analysis And Design Of Assistant Management Information System In Zhejiang Wanli University

With the popularization of computer and progress of modern science, humans have entered the information age. For the sake of constantly expanding enrollment of college and increasing number of students, poor students are constantly rising as well. In order to do some favor to this part of the students and make Zhejiang Wanli University campus framework suitable for management work to be gradually systematized, standardized and specialized, it not only requires improve the rules and regulations of related work-study management, but also needs to strengthen the information construction of work-study.This paper bases on the student management system of Zhejiang Wanli University, and discusses the importance of the system construction which explains the system development method and related discussion. It uses principles and methods of software engineering to carry on the system demanding analysis and design. Through demand analysis, adopting business process and combining data flow diagrams with dictionaries, the system carries out the detailed demand analysis, including business demand, functional demand, non-functional demand, performance demand and security demand. In the design of system, it carries on general and module design, involved in a system that includes basic information management, the affirmation of the impoverished students, the management of national student loan, work study and system management, and etc, which gives the structure of function module design, IPO design and processing flow chart, at the same time, it elaborates the design content, E-R chart and database structure with detailed design of database.
