Research Of Social Services Of University Library From The Perspective Of Public Goods

This paper first introduces the research background and significance,reviews the research status at home and abroad,on the basis of innovation;after the concept of University Library's social service and relevant basic theories are introduced;then,introduces the present situation of university library socialization service in the United States,Japan and South Korea,and analyzes the basic situation of colleges and universities the features of our library and service mode,from the service object,the mode and degree of talent and compared in four aspects of social service of Chinese and foreign university libraries,puts forward the existing problems of social service of University Libraries in China;then,the collection of data by questionnaire,according to the design problems of customer service the demand of the.The questionnaire included the basic characteristics of the surveyed users(age,educational background,occupation),service content,demand,attitude and so on.Then,we invited the University Library teachers and individual users to discuss in depth,and asked them to make comments for the questionnaire revision.The questionnaire is divided into four parts,by way of questionnaires anonymously fill,laying the groundwork for the proposed social service strategy of university library public product theory;finally,based on the above analysis,put forward reasonable suggestions in accordance with the three levels of government,schools and libraries in university library socialization service.The specific contents include the principles,methods,charging standards and the guarantee mechanism of social service for the socialized service of University libraries.
