The competition between enterprises is inevitably decided by the quality of available human resources. An important part of human resource management is the topic of achievement management. It is an unavoidable part of the accepted discourse for almost all enterprises. The study of achievement management will lead to the promotion and development of human resource theory and improve the efficiency of most administrations in charge of enterprises. This thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter studies the background of achievement management and why it was formulated. The second chapter explores the theoretical basis of the topic in order to provide a contextual understanding. The third chapter introduces an analysis of the current situation using case studies from the third company. The fourth chapter provided reform suggestions for improving the administration of the company utilizing achievement management in a more practical manner. The final chapter draws conclusions and provides insight into the lack of study in this area of administration. This thesis tries to provide an overall perspective of achievement management and its possible implementation in enterprises in the future. It tries to show that this methodology is not able to provide all the solution to existing problem. Rather it is an essential part of any support structures that could be implemented in any strategic development plans that enterprises might have, in order to improve the overall effectiveness of their administrations. To establish an efficient organizational system, it is always an excellent idea to set up a common cultural work environment in any enterprise. As part of a development strategy, it helps to improve work morale and increase productivity. The various parts of the administration of an enterprise should be coordinated and synchronized. The working schedule and future strategic working goals should be adjusted to conform to the overall needs of the market. At the same time the company ethos should be disseminated throughout the workforce to facilitate the cohesiveness of the strategic goals the company is attempting to achieve.
