In this article,the author uses the pay structure of modern enterprise theory as a guide,and conducts an in-depth research into the pay system of Huaneng Jinggangshan power plant.Some information,such as job responsibilities,is clearly illustrated through the job analysis and the job evaluation of the company positions is carried out to determine the relative value of various positions.On this basis of giving priority to internal equity and giving attention to external equity,a new pay system is designed, which is based on the core of the positions structure of the pay system,an increase of the rich performance incentive pay plates.I hope this article can improve the management of the plant at the same time.It is able to provide a vivid theoretical study of the case,and in the power industry to exPlore the design method of state-owned enterprises,which is expected to be of some reference value.
