Under the surrounding of knowledge and global economic, sustainable development is a hard task that every enterprise is facing. With China's accession to the WTO, the market is more open than ever and competition that enterprise has faced is sharper, therefore, maintaining the development of enterprise is the subject. For this, many scholars have researched deeply and come into being many conclusions. On the other hand, with knowledge economy growing up, Human Resource Management (HRM) has been playing a more important role in business management. The development of HRM induces the great change in its function, which is mainly embodied by the transformation from the function of tradition personnel administration to that of strategical human resource management (SHRM).Under this background, the thesis takes the enterprise lifecycle as its research object based on strategy human resource management (SHRM) through some methods including analyzing by historical views, comparing, being illative, exemplifying and so on.At first, the thesis sums up situations in and out country, and deeply analyzes the theories of strategy human resource management and enterprise lifecycle management. In the third chapter, relationship between strategy human resource management and enterprise lifecycle has been discussed by core competence. We conclude that strategy human resource management founds enterprise core competence which keeps enterprise sustainable development. Then, we deeply discuss that strategy human resource management how to affect the enterprise lifecycle. In this discussion, we know that enterprise development is blocked for indistinct boundary of the enterprise lifecycle. Therefore, the enterprise fixes turning point on the indistinct boundary through strategy human resource management, founds core competence on the different phase of enterprise lifecycle, and then arrives at the target of sustainable development. Based on this a new mode about enterprise lifecycle is set up.According to prior research, the thesis reviews the actual state about enterpriselifecycle. To the situation of our country, we make a difference between the state enterprises and the private ones, show their respective matters of lifecycle management, and table corresponding proposals. Further, we analyze the case of the Haier. It proves that Haier Group comes to keep sustainable development because of strategy human resource management which sets up enterprise core competence.
