Today, private enterprises, especially technical enterprises, have become an important part of the national economy. As China's opening-up policy and the development of the national economy, private technical enterprises now face more beneficial development environment. After creating period, many of them now are in the stage of secondary achievement, trying to make grander strategy or reform. During this period, the human resource, especially high-tech talented person, has become the bottleneck. To be successful, it is critical for our enterprises to value a talented person from the strategic angle, to use, develop, keep, and encourage employee reasonably.The article is based on the history and present condition of human resource management. It analyzes the condition and main problems of HRM of private technical enterprises nowadays. It brings up the main work of several sections of HRM, such as HRM strategy, train and develop, performance appraise, paying system, enterprise culture, career development, and human resource management innovation, etc. In the end, it take X company as an example. It analyses the present condition of human resource management of the company, and then put forward some suggestion about training, performance appraising, paying system developing, and corporate culture construction, etc.
