Currently with the deepening constantly of system reform of electric power,MMEP has to enter the perfect competition stage from the monopolistic competition stage. To meet the market competition, the enterprises should set up the long-term development strategies and high-level human resource group. But traditional personnel management has been no longer adapted to the strategy needs,human resources management is stepping into the era of strategic human resources management, its carrying out will promote the capital market of human resources,and direct the practice of human resources management, and finally form their own core competencies to strength their sustained competitive advantage and benefit the financial affairs.The article adopt the combination methods of literature review, comparative analysis,investigation of question and case studies, specially analyze the status quo of Multiply management enterprise of Electric Power in recruitment mechanism, performance appraisal, compensation management, incentive mechanism, employee training and corporate culture, and study the common problems existing in the HR management of Multiply management enterprise of Electric Power. It is designed to profound the further causes and put forward the operational stage and contents to set up the strategic system of HR management.Carrying out strategic human resources management will benefit the financial affairs,promote the capital market of human resources,and direct the practice of human resources management. Then the enterprises will get a ever-lasting strong point in competition.Finally, on the basis of positive research above, this article has analyzed the external environment and inside condition of Y Group,and found the problems existing in human resource and its management of the Y Group , then use the strategic system of human recourses management,according to strategy plan and the key task characteristic of Y Group, put forward the constructive idea to the human resources reform and development of Y Group from the human resources management respect, which also can be referred by other companies.
