As we know, reserves of human resource and technology ability of construction enterprises in China compared with construction enterprises in developed countries lag behind. Therefore, it is necessary for construction enterprises to change the current management of human resource and accelerate transformation for modern management of human resource to meet requirements for the new situation and new tasks, if construction enterprises expect to be developed and expanded in severe competition of construction market. Human resource management of construction enterprises is one question urgently needed to be solved for us.At first, this paper analyzes the situation of human resource management in domestic and outside world. Then point out the existing problems of human resource management in the X construction enterprise and analyzes the inviting application for a job, training, achievement testing and impel mechanism of X construction enterprise.It puts forward new countermeasures for inviting application for a job and employing with the Markov model, designs the flow charts of training effect evaluation and training, and points out the methods to testing and evaluating the training effect. Then it points out countermeasures to individual achievement testing with KPI index system, and designs new flow of achievement testing management. Also it takes the achievement testing of director in X construction enterprise as the example and points out new method to achievement testing. At last, it put forward new projects for impel mechanism such as employee participative management and personalization impel. Through the above methods, it could solve the problems of inviting application for a job, training, achievement testing and impel mechanism of X construction enterprise and make the management system of X construction enterprise more reasonable, at last it could improve their competition ability in this particular field.
