Due to the lack of labor, the raising wage, and the dispute between labor and capital, a huge pressure of investment has been developed in Taiwan. However, at the same time, the abundant labor, the scale of the market, low cost of the lands and the preferential tax polices in China attract the Taiwanese enterprises to invest. Taiwanese enterprises in China have become a major component of the diverse economic structure in China. Nevertheless, because of the culture difference between China and Taiwan and the difficulty of cross-culture management for Taiwanese enterprise, various problems have been formed during the growth of the enterprises, especially the problems of the Taiwanese companies in China caused by the culture difference between China and Taiwan. In order to solve enterprise management problems brought by the culture differentiation which more and more Taiwanese companies in China are facing, in this article, taking CT Electronics CO. (hereafter called "CT") for instance, the research focuses on the management characteristics and strategies of the human resource of the Taiwanese companies in China. Also, the research provides a reference to the Taiwanese companies in China, Taiwanese companies who intend to enter the China market, and the researchers who are interested.The research focuses on cross-culture human resource management. The analysis here includes the culture differentiation, the advantage and disadvantage of the culture differentiation, the relation between the culture differentiation and human resource, and the impact of culture differentiation on management and efficiency. Besides, the analysis also covers the culture difference between Taiwanese enterprises in China under the inference of the Chinese culture so as to be a foundation of the research of human resource management in Taiwanese enterprises in China.In addition, based on the theory in research, the research includes the strategies of the cross-culture human resource management of the enterprise in China and Taiwan: the evaluation of the result of the human resource for the enterprise in China and Taiwan. Based on the theory of the result comparison, it expounds the principle and the key factors to design the result evaluation system and develops the evaluation system of the cross-culture human resource management for the enterprise in China and Taiwan. From the great quantity of investigations and interviews, and based on the evidential analysis perspective, the research includes the cross-culture human resource management and strategy of CT. It analyzes the current status of the human resource management in CT and the existing problems and the reasons to cause these problems. Moreover, the research reveals the strategy CT uses in human resource management and evaluates the result of the human resource management at CT.In the end of the research, it summarizes and induces the conclusion and the strategies of the cross-culture human resource management, and provides the foundation for the further research.
