In the technical knowledge management of high-tech enterprise,learning organization plays a supporting role in the activities of technological knowledge management.Learning organization includes human resource management,construction of information system,organizational structure,and three sections of cultural construction.The human resource is the carrier of technical knowledge,the creator of technical knowledge,and the user of technical knowledge as well.The information system is an important way to promote transfer and sharing of technical knowledge.Organizational structure is the main factor that influences the spread of knowledge,additional,the culture affect the atmosphere of sharing and innovation of building technical knowledge.Therefore,the research of learning organization construction is of great importance for technical knowledge management.This paper analyzes the ecological characteristics of three parts which builds the learning type organization from an ecological perspective.This paper also finds the point of combination with ecology.Taking example by ecology principles,this paper builds ecological management models and puts forward countermeasures to promote technical knowledge management.Human resource management is a process which contains four parts:seeking employees who adapt to the ecological environment of an enterprise,realizing the succession evolution of employees,building mutually beneficial and symbiotic employee relationship,and arousing apical dominance.Seeking employees who adapt to the ecological environment of an enterprise can obtain excellent employees and technical knowledge as well;the succession evolution of employees lets them accomplish the learning and accumulation of knowledge,and also promote their innovation capability;the mutually beneficial and symbiotic employee relationship can promote employees to share and create knowledge;apical dominance can arouse the employees' passion of sharing knowledge and knowledge innovation.These models and measures jointly promote the activities of technical knowledge.The construction of information system is based on acquisition,transfer,storage,sharing,unearthing,and innovation of technical knowledge,which improves the efficiency of technical knowledge management.The principle of this system is similar to that of the metabolism of ecosystems and food web.Therefore,we build corresponding function models.At last,we put forward measures which can produce overall effect of every model and improve the ecological factors to promote technical knowledge management.Organizational structure and ecological communities are analogous.We can use the diminishing law of biological energy transfer,stability characteristics of complex food web,advantage of population migration to build ecological management model and countermeasures.Culture is an important factor that affects the relationship between biological species,taking example of mutually beneficial and symbiotic principle in ecology to build mutually beneficial and symbiotic culture has the advantage of promoting knowledge sharing.
