The development of Anhui's economy is unbalanced,and the revitalization of Northern Anhui is of great significance to the improvement of Anhui's overall economic development level.Fuyang is a city with a large population,but its economic development is relatively backward.One of the main reasons for backwardness is the lagging development of private economy.Therefore,promoting the development of private economy is of great significance for promoting the balanced development of Northern Anhui and even the whole Anhui.The private enterprises in Fuyang has also grown from small to large,from weak to strong.They played a major role in steady growth,promoting innovation,stimulating employment,and improving people's livelihood and so on.They become an important force in economic and social development.Private enterprises in Fuyang are booming and have made some achievements.The number of private enterprises has increased from 2,749 in 2000 to 70,907 in 2017.The number of investors increased from 7,012 in 2000 to 112,345 in 2017.The number of employment increased from 33239 in 2000 to 491470 in 2017.In 2001,J company came into being.After 18 years of hard work,the company developed steadily and continued to operate well.However,there are some obstacles in seeking further development.However,J company also has outstanding problems in its operation and development Firstly,it doesn't have scientific management.And its employment mechanism is not standardized.Secondly,it doesn't have reasonable performance appraisal in J company.And its management method is relatively simple,so it doesn't have good effects.Thirdly,the human resource management,staff training and ability development are insufficient.Fourthly,the salary system of private enterprises is not perfect,it lacks of incentives.Fifthly,the overall level of pay is low,pay competitiveness is not strong.These difficulties and problems are caused by both external and internal factors,both objective and subjective reasons,both from the social level,but also from the enterprise itself.In order to promote the standardized development,long-term development and high-quality development of J company,it must attach great importance to human resource management,it also needs to formulate human resource planning,gives full play to the advantages of human resources,increases staff training efforts to establish a unique corporate culture,improves the level of performance management to meet the multi-dimensional needs of employees,improves the salary incentive mechanism and stabilize the contingent of high-quality employees.By dissecting J company,this paper explores the scientific and effective countermeasures and suggestions of human resource management and development.
