Attitudes Perceived Research On Sustainable Development Of Rural Tourism Community

The development of rural tourism will induce changes in the community's economy, social culture, resources, environment and residents' characteristics. Therefore, the prerequisites for rural tourism community to achieve sustainable development are: how to effectively check out the influence exerted by rural tourism development upon the community and its relevant degree, how to further bring into play the active influence brought about by rural tourism development and make its negative influence under control as much as possible.Though plenty of scholars have studied the influence of rural tourism development, they simply carry out researches from personal perception, which turn out to be mere qualitative description with no actual case studies.Starting from basic concepts, this dissertation carries out case studies of three typical rural tourism communities, namely Longwu, Meijiawu and Shangougou, basing on the analysis of rural tourism development theories and attitudes perceived theories. With spot investigation, SPSS analysis and quantificational and qualitative analyzing method, this dissertation carries out contrastive studies of attitude perception of rural community residents and that of tourists to probe into the influences exerted by rural tourism development upon the community thus summing up five main types: economic influence, social and cultural influence, resource influence, moral influence and living environmental influence.Meanwhile, after the characteristic analysis of tourists' consumption behavior, this dissertation further discloses the existing problems of the above-mentioned three rural tourism destinations and puts forward measures to achieve the sustainable development of rural tourism community while taking into account some restrictive factors.In the end, this paper comprehensively concludes with existing problems and shortcomings in the research process of the sustainable development of rural tourism community and puts forward prospects of this research.
