Study On The Development Status Of Tea Cooperatives In LongWu Town,Hangzhou

As a major tea-producing country,tea professional cooperatives are an important type of peasant professional cooperatives in China,and are guaranteed by laws and regulations such as the Farmers Professional Cooperatives Law.As a famous tea culture city,a strong tea industry city,and a large tea tourism city,Hangzhou has continuously implemented the laws and regulations of the central and provincial farmers' professional cooperatives in recent years,strengthened guidance,coordination,service and management,and promoted the development of local tea professional cooperatives.Under the background of the strategy of rural rejuvenation,while Hangzhou Tea Professional Cooperative has achieved great development and achievements,it also faces many problems,which can be described as both challenges and opportunities.In this regard,on the basis of reviewing the relevant researches of professional cooperatives at home and abroad,this article selects several tea professional cooperatives such as Xiaoshanwan,Changdai,Lanrong in Longwu Tea Town,The Zhejiang-level characteristic town,Conduct in-depth inspections and investigations of relevant government departments,tea companies,tea farmers,etc.And comprehensively use methods such as literature analysis,empirical investigation,and case analysis to summarize the above-mentioned cooperatives' production investment,technical support,internal management,and brand building in Common and different;At the same time,the 21 tea professional cooperatives registered in Longwu Town collected the development status and achievements of Longwu Tea Professional Cooperative from the aspects of history,composition and efficiency,and analyzed systematically.Among them the problems of small scale and weak strength,lack of professional management talents,lack of standardization of internal management,and brand building to be improved,as well as internal and external reasons.Finally,it is recommended to further promote Longwu Town from five levels: cultivating professional management talents,reforming the internal operation system,strengthening the government's dynamic management and the survival of the fittest of the cooperatives,building a brand of excellence,and two-way integrated development.Sustainable development of tea professional cooperatives.
