In the course of operation and management of enterprise, any business goals of enterprises are realized through a series of human's behaviors. Under the circumstances of competitive market, talents' competition has already become the most essential factor. The human resources management has played a more and more important role in the modern enterprises.This thesis has analyzed the significance of human resources to the enterprise development. On the basis of that, the thesis takes the C Corporation as the research object. It has researched and discussed the human resource management system in C Corporation combining the development and theory of human resource with the management model and the human resource management characteristics in Japan company.Having analyzed the problems occurred in C Corporation on the human resource plan, position analyze and evaluation, human arrangement, performance management, salary system, training management and the enterprise culture, the thesis has pulled out the new idea, the approach and the execution plan of human resource management function.On the basis of analyze on the importance of human resource plan, the thesis builds up the model of it and complete the C Corporation's HR plan; On the basis of the research on the strategy-oriental performance management theory and approach, the thesis designs the strategy-oriental performance management model; It has established a reasonable reformation plan of the salary system after analyzing the theory basis and designing principle of the salary system and the unsatisfactory points occurred in C Corporation now; It has explained the meaning and the significance of the learning organization and designed the model of C Corporation's learning organization and confirmed the training model and implementing steps of that. On the basis of strengthening the company's exterior and the interior culture, it provides the thinking of building up a new trans-culture management model.This thesis has combined the theories and research methods of the modern human resource management with the practice of C Corporation, and tried to promote the transformation and improvement of the management model of C Corporation.
