Rapid growth of economy increased competition among enterprises. But the salary is the way of remuneration to attract, retain and motivate employees, including wages, bonuses, benefits, stock options and so on. An enterprise or even a society, to continue to grow and develop, must fully mobilize the enthusiasm of its employees and encourage them to continue to improve their labor skills. Even there are many incentives, but now, compensation management has become an important part of the human resource management in enterprise of the world and salary incentive has become an important part of the human resource management. It’s an essential role in improving the competitiveness of the enterprises.Since China accession to the WTO and the growing integration into the world economic tide, the opening of the labor market makes the need for effective compensation management to meet the material needs and spiritual needs of employees, to promote enterprise development. Employees do not then pay only as the labor income, to a certain extent. It also represents the value of its own staff, on behalf of the identity of the employees work, and represents the ability of individual employees and prospects for the development. In short, the remuneration of employees is no longer simply a sense of money, it also give full play to its incentives.
