Organizational culture has long been regarded as a critical means for company to get competitive advantages. There is a rich body research on the direct relationships between organizational culture and firm performance, this study examines SHRM(strategic human resource management)affected by organizational culture improving firm performance. whether an enterprise can survive and develop long should depend on the external environment, internal resources and ability status, totally grasp the enterprises' target?the way and means of achieving target. Business managers exert very important meaning in the process of correctly and effectively grasping chances and business opportunity sprung up in the changing environment.Due to market ties up more and compete intensifying, the compete win factor of enterprises reflects more about the good firm performance. There are many methods to improve the firm performance, but they all rely on the human resources.With the improving of human resources management, the research to human resources management of Chinese and international is from the micro area to the macro area, from the single area to company areas, and now attends more to the action of human resources management to get strategic objectives of the company, and then the human resources management to raise the strategic level, so the SHRM is formed.SHRM covers each aspect of the company management, but what is the affection of SHRM on the firm performance, what methods are used when SHRM improves firm performance, what questions do these methods mainly face, these questions need to study.By conducting the theoretical exploration and practical exploration of SHRM and firm performance, testify that SHRM can raise firm performance.This conclusion shows that the excellent culture can actively promote SHRM's influence on the firm performance. The second is the effective SHRM can improve the firm performance. The third is the company should pay attention to actively implementing SHRM and cultivate excellent culture so that can win in the competition. Provide the method for the researching and developing of SHRM guided by the organizational culture to affect firm performance, supply the guiding for deep study of hereafter theory or real method of SHRM & firm performance.
