The competition of time and talent are the main elements among modern enterprises contest in that human resource management and development play a vital role in competitive environment.As a result,human resource management has been a significant part in modern corporation human resource management.This paper elaborates the related theory and summary of human resource management and development based on literature research.Furthermore,the article presents the background of SZ Communication Group Co.,Ltd.in terms of human resource,human resource management and current issue of human resource management.Refer to above issues,I conduct various analysis on causes of problems include that the analysis of human resource management of SZ Communication Group Co.,Ltd.on employee recruitment and staff usage issues,salary system,performance assessment,incentive system,employee training,enterprise culture construction and common historical issues of state-owned corporation.Eventually,this paper proposes related solutions for SZ Communication Group Co.,Ltd.include that building scientific talent introduction mechanism,formulating effective performance management project,establishing 360 degree performance feedback evaluation system,setting up scientific salary distribution system and incentive system,intensifying training system and implementing staff career management.The major method of this research is conducting analysis according to practical survey statistics of SZ Communication Group Co.,Ltd..There are two innovative points in this paper.Firstly,this article proposes human resource management plan which adapts to enterprise development objectives based on human resource situation and combined with current issues of SZ Communication Group Co.,Ltd..It enables human resource management of SZ Communication Group Co.,Ltd.to be scientific and institutionalized,and establishes the firm foundation for enterprise strategic development objectives.Secondly,the paper analyzes the causes of current issues in SZ Communication Group Co.,Ltd.and proposes relevant solutions which enable human resource management policy to be implemented effectively and ensure corporation overall objectives to be achieved.
