In the process of the development of the optical, light nature of the research become one of the impetus of the development of the optical power. Throughout the development process of the concept of light, the recognition for the character of light had completed several milestones, including the "particle of matter", the "vibration of ether", the electromagnetic wave, until the wave-particle duality of light.2012, Guang-Can Guo and others applied the quantum control to the classic Wheeler’s delayed-choice experiment. A strange performance of light had been observed, that is neither-wave-nor-particle, while both-wave-and-particle. In the experiment, wave property and particle property were observed at the same time, also expanded the Bohr’s complementarity principle. Then, the British A.Peruzzo et al. and French F.Kaiser et al. completed similar experiment by using the nonlocality of entangled photon pairs, also observed the light wave property and particle property at the same time, and interference effect. The quantum mechanics was widely greeted with skepticism by people, because its probabilistic and nonlocality, this nature has been finally confirmed by Einstein and Bohr’s fierce debate and Bell’s inequality of experimental test. This paper reviews Einstein and Bohr’s debate about interpretation of quantum mechanics and the Bell inequality and its experimental test, and demonstrate the probabilistic and nonlocality nature of the quantum mechanics. Then by reviewing the whole development of the concept of light, furthering the knowledge and understanding of the character of light. Finally, making a targeted questionnaire for students, combined with the development of the concept of light as well as the results of the questionnaire, put forward some beneficial revelation to teaching. In this paper, the chapter 1 summarizes the Copenhagen interpretation of quantum mechanics. The chapter 2 discusses the debate on complementarity principle, uncertainty principle, and whether the quantum mechanics is complete by Einstein and Bohr in detail. The chapter 3 first introduces the hidden-variable theory and Bell inequality, proved the results exported in the field of quantum mechanics against the Bell inequality. Secondly introduces the Bell inequality of experimental test. The chapter 4 reviews the development course of the concept of light concretely. The chapter 5 concretely analyses the questionnaire about the concept of light teaching to students. The chapter 6 put forward some revelation got from teaching content, teaching methods, and teaching models in combination with the development of the concept of light and the results of the questionnaire.
