In the 21st century, promoted by the rapid development of science and technology, human society has started to enter the new society which emphasizes the knowledge and information, which has become the important resources to the social and economic development. For this reason, modern educators suggested that if people want to catch up with the pace of the times, they have to keep learning, constantly update their knowledge. Only in this way ,they can be improving the quality of life, self-improvement and realizing the value of life.Combining with China's national conditions, training especially training with the ability of independent innovation of new talents is an effective way to the development of China constitutes. University as an important base for high-level talents has been its commitment to the promotion of national construction and social development. But looking at the status quo of China's higher education, personnel training mode and the social needs of people there are certain differences. While students learning knowledge, build capacity, improve quality, the independent study is an important direction for us to reform university education.According to the requirements of the status quo, through the relevant literature study of the self-learning in both the interior and foreign one, we construct a new teaching mode - The "Three-Self pedagogy, which is depend on learning from others research results, the actual learning conditions in China's current college students. The aim of this teaching mode is to cultivate the student self-studying and self- exploring talent. Its specific mode of operation: (1) preparations, the stage of knowledge, the distribution of tasks, clear responsibilities, (2) an independent self-selection strategy, to solve the problem can be summed difficult, (3) team, independent lectures, panel discussions, deepen Consolidation, (4) summing up the exchange, reporting results, the evaluation feedback, to reflect on the summary.
