In this article, the teaching process of colleges and universities as the starting point, analyze the possible principal-agent relationships in the teaching process of colleges and universities. In the teaching process of colleges and universities, there exist principal-agent relationships among colleges and universities, teachers and students . The teaching process is divided into two processes, one is the teaching process, and the other is the learning process. In the teaching process, the teachers are agents, the universities and students as principals. As there is asymmetric information between colleges and universities (the principals) and teachers (agents), as well as there exists conflict in the pursuit of their own maximize effectiveness, principal-agent problem is bound to occur. How to design incentive mechanisms to curb agency costs, expanding agent effect, by enabling the principals'maximize effectiveness achieved the agents'maximize benefits, so that their behavioral targeting the greatest degree of consistency, thus avoiding the produce of the agents'moral hazard, this is the contents and purpose of this article. In the learning process, the universities and teachers are principals, the students as agents. At this point, the performance of moral hazard of students is not work hard, therefore, depends on motivation to students who as agents. Embodiment of the text there are two: First, in the domestic and foreign study about motivation of students as agents, for the disadvantages of the incentives to students in colleges, the domestic and foreign scholars proposed corresponding countermeasures and improvements, these measures encouraged the students are worthy of reference; second, combined with my analysis, put forward several recommendations and measures should be considered to encourage students. Second, on the basis of information economics and game theory, this article established two dynamic game models of the principal and agent under the conditions of complete information and incomplete information, and in both cases, solved out the final total utility of colleges and teachers, and the incentive compatibility solution on how to prevent and control the moral hazard of teachers. In addition, using the cooperative game theory to explore the possible cooperation among colleges and universities, teachers and students in the teaching process of colleges and universities of China, and struggling to find conditions that they can achieve for cooperation. Results of the analysis also show that the benefits they co-operation gained are greater than they non-cooperation. However, in practical problems, whether they can obtain cooperation also taking into account of the value of the real return of the various participants. Finally, from research and analysis, put forward a number of recommendations that colleges and universities should considered that how to develop and perfect the relevant systems and policies, as well as design rational and effective incentive mechanism that to motivate teachers and students for the best.
