This text introduced the related background and theories of the thesis first, andthen carried on the analysis to the present condition and existent problems of servicesmarketing in the Su Qian power supply company. After that we emphasized the twoimportant contents: the first one is the services marketing triangle strategy that was putforward to the Su Qian power supply company according to the related theories: Externalmarketing strategy, interactive marketing strategy, internal marketing strategy. Thesecond carry on the thorough research towards the process reengineering method forcarrying out the internal strategy of the services marketing, and to two importantprocesses in the services marketing-the new customer's installation process and thecharge process. Then put forward a new reengineering process, and evaluate it. In thischapter we also gave some suggests to the guarantee measure of the implement processreengineering.
