In our growing today, sustained economic development of all walks of life to provide a good development conditions, commercial, industrial development needs a lot of power supply and its development. The existing regional power supply company bear the power grid construction, electric power supply and sale, network equipment maintenance in one of the large enterprises, social responsibility great. Business expansion process is the electric power enterprise operating in one of the major lines of business, operating from old system gradually transition to system of perfect development, still expanding process interface fuzzy, slow flow, cost management is insufficient, departmental responsibility dispersion problems, how to improve industry expansion operation efficiency, shorten the process time, let the newspaper expanded, compatibilization civilian service to further improve enterprise customers, achieve win-win goal, is the existing power supply the main task of the company.Based on the above background, this paper reviewed the related theories in. Firstly, the paper introduces the power business expansion management and business process reengineering, PDCA cycle theory, combined with theoretical analysis of domestic and external power business expansion of the management status of the power company electric power provided expansion management index of the sort. Followed by the Longgang district marketing, historical origin, organizational structure, core value chain and so on, the core process of the industry expansion process, and analysis of the organization structure and process of the irrational, revealing the existence of the operation process of a variety of problems. Then, compared to the traditional enterprise and modern enterprise, to find Longgang power supply company to expand the process reengineering ideas, use the mature theory as a tool, to ensure that the process of scientific and reasonable process reengineering.
