Since the reform and opening up, China’s national economy level, the substantialincrease, a corresponding increase in power demand, power generation companies, themarket environment has undergone tremendous changes, forcing China’s enterprises to shiftthe focus of the reform to raise the level of the internal management. Thermal power is themain source of electricity, the existence of the power generation is greater, the advantage of astable supply of electricity, thermal power enterprise demand for coal and other fuels, andthe need to ensure continuous production, the difficulty of the enterprise productionmanagement, so fuel management has a vital role in the thermal power enterprise. Based onthe problems of thermal power enterprises in the fuel management, from the status quo ofChina’s current fuel management control of the thermal power enterprises, guodianjiangnanpower plants production background, analysis methods and the status quo of its current fuelmanagement control and based on the characteristics of the plant’s production, design ascientific fuel management control mode, and hope to provide valuable reference for our fuelmanagement control of other thermal power enterprises.In this paper, based on in-depth research on theory and field proposed the use of leanthinking and its implementation of business of fuel process management projects within theenterprise process reengineering, decision-making and planning process reengineering, to theoriginal process of diagnosis and analysis, and thusthe new process re-design, andimplementation of new processes and to assess the effectiveness and so forth, and comparethe impact and changes to the thermal power enterprises before and after the processreengineering. Fuel business process reengineering process, creatively put forward the fourseparate fuel management principles to reduce fuel costs and enhance the whole plantindustry economic indicators; organizational breakdown structure method in the applicationof project management and work breakdown structure method various aspects of theimplementation of the management and supervision; proposed unified management of fuelmanagement to establish virtual teams; blockade of coal samples and application of bar codetechnology, fuel management for the enterprise to create a fair and just run a series of newideas new ideas, and ultimately won for the enterprise interests acquired considerable development.
