With the deepening reform of power system, electricity enterprises as same as other market participants have also faced competition. In order to stimulate electricity consumption, establishing customer satisfaction as the center of the power marketing system is needed, which will strengthen the Demand Side Management (DSM)in electricity market. By using scientific models and methods to evaluate the customer satisfaction degree, to build the power industry customer satisfaction survey system is of great significance to our country, power enterprises and customers. Therefore, in this paper, the relationship between customer satisfaction and electricity marketing is discussed, the commonly used models of customer satisfaction degree is introduced, customer satisfaction survey method on uncertain conditions is presented , the impact factors affecting the power supply enterprise customer satisfaction is analyzed, the power supply Enterprise Customer Satisfaction Index System is constructed, the satisfaction survey indicators and their weight is quantified, and Shangqiu city electricity marketing strategy based on the degree of customer satisfaction is given by analyzing practical example of customer satisfaction degree in Shangqiu city.
