In recent years, BPR has become a crucial issue for many companies. Luohe Electric Power Supply Company (LEPSC) applied the theory of Business Process Reengineering of LEPSC into its marketing system, it has an important meaning for the LEPSC to improve the economy and social achievements.This paper firstly analyzes the marketing system and the status of the existing problems in LEPSC, bases on the business process reengineering, then redesigns marketing system BPR of Luohe city of the power company. Secondly, the paper redesigns the marketing system supporting process of LEPSC, and reorganized marketing structure through LEPSC, based on the sales technical supporting system of LEPSC, as the technical platform. Finally, it analysis the key factors of the Marketing System Process Reengineering in the LEPSC, point out the aims that through the management and control of these key factors, we can make sure the smooth implementation of BPR purposes.
