With the market development and business environment changes,drawbacks of previous marketing processes of Jia Musi Electricity Power Bureau become so dramatic that it can not meet the demand of power users for the convenient,fast,high-quality services.In order to change the existing marketing business processes and realize the sustainable development,the paper chose the key factor breakthrough methods of the process theory to reengineer marketing business processes.Firstly,identify the defects of the original marketing business processes.Secondly,applicant thoughts,principles,and objective of the marketing process reengineering to reengineer the previous process.Finally,the result effectiveness of the BPR was evaluated.New process has made significant improvements in the operating time,operating quality and user satisfaction.Meanwhile,the paper also studied the power marketing process reengineering strategies of the Jia Musi Electricity Power Bureau.The paper discussed the strategy in four areas such as business process reengineering project team management,information technology applications,staff training,continuous improvement processes.
